'08 AAR Cuda Conceptby ~donbenni

Hey,

I was asked by my good friend (and awesome artist) James @ [link] to do something more American. More specifically a Cuda based on the new Challenger '08 concept. Sounds good, says I. So i set about creating a Cuda concept. Problem was, i know nothing about American cars.. oops. I studied some pictures he gave me and checked out some Cuda fan sites and slowly worked out what was considered "Cuda". And here it is. Not perfect i know, but i love it and i'll take one in purple

Thanks for the suggestion James, i'll be doing more muscle in future fo sho.

I like the idea of recycling the current-generation Challenger body mesh using the Plymouth parts. It just happens to work out perfectly. I'm more of a Chevy guy, but I like other muscle cars, too.

It's cool, too, because the challenger and cuda of the days of yore were like "brothers" ( just as the pontiac g5 and chevy colbalt are now). At first I was like "thats a challenger!". and then i thought about the similarities between cars like the camaro and the ford ranger and its sibling, the mazda b-series. nice work. I'll take my cuda in hugger orange please.
